We have a tradition at our house every single night. We sit down at the dinner table, Ethan says the blessing and then we all eat. I have been wanting get pictures of him saying the blessing because has the most adorable prayer face. He loves to say blessings for the entire family and we love it even more. Another dinner time tradition is our yorkie, Sadie Mae. It didn't take her long to discover Ethan's messy eating habits. She would sit under his high chair while he ate waiting on him to drop her a crumb or two....and the beat goes on with Addi Grace! Dinner time is one of my favorite parts of the day. If your family doesn't sit at the table each evening for dinner, I would strongly encourage you to try it one time. It is a great way to come together as one unit and learn about each other day. LH&K Always!
This is a look into the greatest blessings God has ever given us, Ethan and Addison. We hope you enjoy seeing their journey in life through our eyes!

Kirby, It's More Than Just A Vaccum
We went to Aunt Meisha and Uncle Brad's house this weekend. We had plans to stay all weekend until Mommies work called her Saturday to work. They guys came home and picked up the big kids (Ethan, Bennett and Adrian) and took them to deer camp while they sighted their rifles in before we left. Modern gun season opens this coming Saturday. It doens't mean much to you right now Son, but in a couple of years it's going to mean the world to your Daddy when he can take you with him all the time. LH&K Always!

Deer Season Has Begun
Daddy and Ethan with the first buck of the season
I can just see the two of these boys in 20 years holding their bucks so I can take their picture. I only hope they stay the bestest of friends throughout their lives.
Ethan loves helping his Daddy do even the grossest tasks.

This was a hilarious day in our lives. Daddy had gutted the deer in the woods and brough it back. When he pulled it out of the back of the truck all Ethan could do was walk around the deer in circles saying "Oh My Gosh" repeatedly. I'm not sure if he was confused or in shock. Either way, it was so stinking cute. Ethan got to go hunting with Daddy the day before he killed this big buck. That was the boys first official deer hunting excursion! LH&K Always!

We went on our first hayride Saturday night. It was so much fun until Addi Grace had to leak through her diaper during the ride and I wasn't prepared, go figure! I am always over-prepared and over plan everything so how did this happen? Oh well, we had a great time anyway roasting hot dogs and listening to the Razorbacks ALMOST beat Florida. It's pretty tought beating Florida when they pack their own Ref's. LH&K Always!

Addi Grace found her a new buddy with Avery.
We love football season. We had a football watch party at our house Saturday evening. Daddy smoked a bunch of meat on the Big Green Egg, we put the blow up bouncer in the back yard for the kids to play in and we had such a great time visiting with everyone. Have I told you how much we love football watch parties??? LH&K Always!
