Ethan is helping Papa open his gifts. He wasn't real impressed when he realized there wasn't a choochoo train in there.

We went to see Papa and Nana yesterday evening. It was Papa's birthday, Happy Birthday Papa. We love birthdays and always make a huge deal out of them. Ethan loves presents even if they are not his. This year we got papa a custom cover for his new Holland grill and a chicken beer butt stand. I went in the kitchen to cut a peice of cake and Ethan sat right down in the floor and sang the "Happy Birthday" song in its entirity. That was a 10,000 moment and I did not have my video camera. It was one of the sweetest moments I have experience with my son. He is soooooo stinking sweet. Now if we could just get him to share cake.

It was a great evening. We had such a great time but we missed Uncle Adam so much! He lives in another state now which makes it very difficult for him to come for dinner. One day you kids are going to grow up and make a life of your own. I will support you in whatever you choose to do as long as it isn't more than 5 miles from me :) LH&K Always!
